As those of you that have been in my streams know, I've started getting some really bad headaches this week that I (and my neurosurgeon) believe are being caused by the fact I've apparently started clenching my teeth at random points throughout the day. I had a method at home that I thought would help solve the problem (and save me money) , but it didn't work, so, today, I went to Target and bought a mouth guard, as suggested. I am wearing it right now, and, honestly, this is going to take some getting used to. It feels bizarre, I just hope this works because, honestly, I'm running out of ideas for how to solve the headache issues.
