By purchasing my art services, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read this entirely and carefully. I will deny your request if I see you didn't read this. PAYMENT

◆ All payments should be in USD and made through PayPal.
◆ Payments less than $15 should be made like so:
Login to paypal.com ▸ send and request ▸ pay for goods or services ▸ enter my email and the amount and click next ▸ select your payment method, NO SHIPPING, and write your username and what you are paying for in the note box and click send ▸ done!
◆ I will use the invoice method for payments $15 and over.
◆ Payment is due in full up front for any commission equal to or below $100.
For amounts greater than $100, a payment plan is available: half payment before starting and the remaining half upon completion. You'll receive a small resolution for reviews in this case, and will receive the full resolution only after the final payment is made.
◆ At least a partial payment is required within three days of your request being accepted; failure to do so will result in your request being dropped. If you need more time, let me know.
◆ Once our negotiation is done and I start your commission, I won't refund you the full amount. This is negotiable depending on the state of the commission and the reason for retracting payment (past an agreed due date, personal financial troubles, etc.). Refunds asked after 3 months will only get a max of 70% return depending on the circumstances.

ARTIST

By commissioning me, you're purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

◆ I will respect your request to not publicly post your commission. Just ask!
◆ I cannot claim the intellectual property or reuse/resell the image for personal or commercial projects.
◆ I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question.
◆ I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches as “pre-posed” at a later date.

COMMISSIONER

◆ The commissioner may upload the work done for you to your site as long as it is credited to me and linked back to any of my galleries (weasyl, deviantart, furaffinity, tumblr, instagram, toyhouse).
◆ Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, and personal site display. HOWEVER, the piece may not be edited in any way other than cropping and must retain my signature whenever possible.
◆ Any work sent to the commissioner for “approval” is not the commissioners to use, it may be kept but not used by the commissioner for any purpose.
◆ You retain the rights to the IP.
◆ You may not claim the work as your own, set it up for redistribution, or make a profit from it. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial. If you are looking for something to redistribute or use for your project(s), speak to me for information on royalty fees. If your unsure if your request counts as personal, feel free to ask.
◆ It is up to the commissioner to make sure they have a saved file of their commission.

PROCEDURE

◆ After your payment and references are received, I will begin by sketching out your piece. I do not accept “written description only” commissions, you must have at least one visual reference. If I don't understand your descriptions, I may ask you to find a visual reference or sketch it out as best you can, so please be clear and concise in your descriptions and send visual references when possible.
◆ If your chosen commission type has a sketch approval stage, I will send you a sketch for approval. You may request minor tweaks if I missed something from your references/descriptions. I reserve the right to add a $5+ fee for tweaks requested that were not present in your original references/description.
◆ Once your piece is completed, please let me know if there are any mistakes! Anything that needs to be fixed on “my mistake”, on your reference(s) and I missed it, will always be fixed for free.
◆ The finished piece may be sent to the commissioner via email and/or uploaded to one of my galleries for the commissioner to save. It is up to the commissioner to make sure they have a saved file of their commission. I prefer email so that a copy is regularly obtainable as I reserve the right to remove any uploaded work at any time without notice.

FOR ADULT WORK
By adult, I mean anything considered mature other than nudes/pinups. If something is not listed here or your unsure, feel free to ask!

Will not draw:
◆ My fursona or any personifications of myself with any other sexually
◆ Foot, inflation, turbo muscle, hyper, baby, water sports, scat, fat, vore, pregnancy, intense blood/gore

Will draw:
◆ Tentacles, size difference, mild bondage

◆ I will not do more than the sketch until I see that your sketch is done and I will not send/post the finished piece until you are ready to do the same
◆ Trade pieces follow the same rules as commissioned pieces

◆ I will not take requests for personal characters
◆ Request may not be used, for any purpose, by the requester(s) unless otherwise stated
