Hey! This is going to be my first of (hopefully) many weekly updates! I’m doing this so that there’s more transparency in what I’m doing with my art, as well as encourage communication between my watchers and me! Be warned, this is probably going to be a rambly stream-of-consciousness

So let’s talk about Patreon for one. I wasn’t doing a whole lot with it, since I didn’t have any backers. I do now though! For one, I’ll be doing the drawing for the Patreon request at the end of the month. If you want in for this (next?) month, now is pretty much the time to get in. It’ll be a single-image full painting of your choice, at the $10 pledge level.
Goals are a thing I’ll want to deal on Patreon, but I don’t feel comfortable doing it on a pay-per-image setup. So I’m going to try and increase my productivity until it’s better suited for a pay-per-month setup. It doesn’t feel right charging you guys every month when I don’t put anything out, nor does it feel right to release a torrent of art and expect you to pay for every little scrap.
That leads me to the kind of content I want to post on Patreon. It’ll only consist of fully painted works, done 100% by me, and not paid for beforehand. I’m not going to be posting any commissions, collabs, or sketches up there. I’m considering posting any future pay-comics on there, as an alternative way to gain access to them, and as a little thank you to all my supporters.

Currently I’m working on a lot of projects. I’m working on two commissions (one is a 5-page fully painted comic, another is a 3-page lined sequence), and I have a few collabs lined up when I have the time to work on them. Considering Patreon is a bigger thing now, I’m probably going to be putting Patreon-specific projects higher on the priority tree, so-to-speak.
