One of those art suggestion journals by ayvee

So after graduating this past May (!!!), I've moved back in with my parents for all of the foreseeable future. And going from living on my own with my own schedule and no personal responsibilities outside of university obligations to...this. Has been stifling, to say the least.

Outside of a job search that is mostly downtime between emails and phone calls, I'm both bored as sin and particularly unmotivated. At this point I'm trying to work drawing back into my regular schedule, since that gives me something at least relatively productive to do.

So with regards to that, this is an open what-should-I-draw/what-would-you-like-to-see-more-of/art suggestion journal. This is not a promise that I will draw your idea (or even necessarily any ideas) and it's not a request space. So, sorry about that.

But yeah, something I've drawn that you want to see more of, something I haven't drawn that you want to see more of, some glaring omission from my gallery that offends you by its very non-presence--I'm all ears.

Otherwise, how are you guys doing this morning? Because I'm in west Georgia where it's hot and miserable.

I know the feels. I went back home for almost a year after graduating and it was devastating to me, I only recently moved back east with a friend.. c.c; Here's to hoping it doesn't take you that long!

Yeah, it's awful. I'm quickly learning that I'm going to have to do something like that, but it's still going to be a long ways off, unfortunately. Still, good for you.

Hit me up if you ever need some support. c:

          Cool.

Good luck to you! Living at home has its perks and un-perks, for sure. Lack of rent payments is pretty sweet.

As for suggestions, I dunno. Bill? xP I liked your Elder Scrolls picture, too. It allowed me to aesthetically appreciate a Khajit with a moustache. That takes some doing.

It's nice in short bursts, but I've been here two months and it's driving me nuts.

And yeah, yeah. We know what you want. I do wish that the TES picture was more popular because I quite like how it came out and I put a lot of work into it. That and I've been wanting to nordmarry J'zargo since 2011, so this has been a particularly indulgent fantasy.

Maybe I'll work on a followup anyway, who knows.

You mean no one liked that one? That's a shame.

It is really weird that they picked out some Argonians for marriage in Skyrim, but not Khajit. I wonder how come? I like Kharjo, too, and Risaad. Some of the Khajiit chicks were pretty badass, too.

There are only three argonian candidates, two male and one female, and one of the guys won't even ever come live with you. Some of the other races have very few options, I think, and along with khajiit there are also no marriageable wood elves. Which is possibly the weirdest part of all of it.

J'zargo's exclusion in particular always bugged me though, because you can marry both of the other college initiates, and he has lines like "Khajiit is warmed by your presence" and stuff :|

Oh, yeah, Derkeethus! Hehe, I always rationalized by thinking that he wanted to work hard to keep us in sweetrolls. Though I also used him as a follower. He's pretty stealthy and can be handy in a pinch. One time we were exploring a Dwemer ruin and we'd just fought some machine or other. It almost killed me so I took a nap on a stone bed and the game registered it as Lover's Comfort. Kinky.
