A little help? by Novoy
Edit: A friend commissioned me and paid enough for me to be able to get a new chord. :) Thank you very much to those who signal boosted for me!
Commissions are still open, btw (have to save up for a laptop now).
The USB chords in my house are a couple of years old, and recently, the rubber around the wires for two of them split open, revealing the wires, and some of the wires poke out. My Mom is away for a week, and has the only good chord. If the two chords in the house fail for any reason, the moment my iPad powers down I won't be able to do digital art or get on the Internet for a week because my bro probably wouldn't let me use his computer.
I need about $40 (if I'm remembering rightly) so if you could commission me or signal boost this, that would be absolutely amazing and I'd be supremely grateful.

I have that type of cable, but I need it for my ipod....hmmm-
Yeah. We have three chargers, but two of the USB chords for the chargers have had the rubber split. We're still using them though because my Mom took the good one for the week long thing she's supposed to attend, hence the journal, as I need funds to get another one so that we'll be good in case the two split ones stop working or become too dangerous to use.

I don't think we have any in the house, but I'll ask my Dad tomorrow. I'd still like to get a new chord though so that we run less risk of accidents.

Whaaaaat? No no no, you need your tunes! Don't give that away! XD If you wouldn't mind signal boosting this, though, that would be awesome. :) There's a post for it on Tumblr and a journal for it on dA, as well, if you happen to frequent either of those places.
