Hello to all Commissioners, Players and Coaches,

During the course of last season, there we're a minor issue during the season that the Rules and Procedures sheet from the season before had not been updated for the Season 3 rule changes, and as part of it there was some level of confusion on implementation of said rules.

To help alleviate these issues for Season 4, an updated rulesheet has been created, to which people may review here:
