Website Builder? by Silenceartwork
Im looking for a general, free website URL to build a portfolio. I have little to no CSS/html experiance, but I figured I need a better portfolio and commission information site than tumblr(and truthfully I forget that tumblr is there).
Does anyone have any suggestions? Id prefer to not have a silly url, like www.imafreewebsiteurl.com/putyoururl here.

Ive tried weebly. I agree it isnt bad, I had some issues with the linking but I may have been doing it wrong.

WordPress can be set up as a portfolio for art and such. Also, Wix is pretty decent. Both have a bit of a learning curve, but html can be avoided and there's plenty of tutorials out there.

Looking at Wix, it looks really interesting. Id have to figure it out but..

It's mostly intuitive, and sometimes very not, but it has tip bubbles, and you can make something look pretty good with minimal effort so long as you're ok with it being moderately generic. If you decide on Wix and want any help, I'd be happy to offer it. ^..^

I use weebly.com personally it's pretty good and has LOTS to offer at the free tier

You could also look into webs.com. I use that myself and I think it's nice and simple. :)

I know I took computer classes in highschool, for html and the like, but do I remember it? pfft.
