After some deliberation and tests on my part, I'm going to work as much as I can on my current commissions but I cannot promise anything at this moment beyond black and white work.... lines. The gamma and color on this machine is not made for drawing and painting in mind... to put it bluntly, terrible and rather fixed. Whites are washed and overexposed and grays are black. There his hardly any middle ground and this machine's adjustment tools do piddly to fix that.

I have a few plans to get into effect. Granted that I can find the space and the means to rig it up, I may be able to hook up my desktop monitor to this machine and that will fix the display issue. Problems with the plan is that any spare funds I had went into purchasing a new HDD+External HDD for my desktop and paying bills - I do not have the cables required to make such a connection between monitor and laptop.
As an aside I am also concerned that the HDD replacement for my desktop will not remedy that issue as a whole. My HDDs had been supposedly deteriorating for some time with every other month a corrupt file would appear. This was really only happening with work that I had been doing for commissions so I thought it was a script flaw for writing files with the program I was using. I changed the format that the program saved in and the problem seemed to vanish. Then it appeared again before my computer was knocked over by some loose cords getting caught in my chair and me moving to check on something away from the work space. My previous two journals pretty much pick up the day or two after that incident. As a result I do not know how damaged my machine really is and weather or not just swapping out bad Hard Drives will actually fix anything in the long run.

As a safe guard, I want to try and do something... extra while I get myself sorted out and figure out what I can do. I want to open up some rough/clean line commissions and or open up sponsorship pieces where individuals can donate an amount of funds and after a limit is achieved I work on something personal, like my characters, and upload it here. Regardless, work for my current batch takes priority, but I can only get so far until I can fix my screen issue...
