(This is being cross-posted to all sites, so I’m going to be mentioning a few things specific that might not apply to all sites.)

Okay, now that I have things set up for it, I plan on doing something unique once I start writing again. See, my main writing tool is Scrivener, an app that I whole-heartedly recommend to any aspiring professional writer. One of its features is ePub export, and let me say now that it's much better than anything I've used in the past. I can add my own cover, take care of the typography, and do everything I absolutely need to make a professional book myself. So… I plan on creating my own ePub downloads for any future stories I upload. I'll likely also provide links to my own RTF, PDF, and plain text versions as well, as Scrivener can compile for those as well.

That said, new stories will still be a while out, mostly due to what is happening at home. The apartment complex my mates and I live in changed hands, and the new owners are…well, "dicks" is a nice way of putting it. They're jacking up the prices to premium levels, and well outside of our ability to afford it. It's sad, as the place isn't that bad—aside from the parking, anyway. Regardless, we're looking at possibly moving to a gated mobile home park, and a beautiful one at that. It's just that things are happening that have stressed me out, to the point that I've had panic attacks (something I'm thankful that I can usually suppress). I'm trying to avoid getting a job that will crush me emotionally, but I may have to unless…

I'm seriously considering opening up story commission slots after I calm down a bit. I'll be starting with two slots, and seeing how that goes speed-wise. The move will complicate things if I start before then, but I want to at least try to do that. There also the idea of basic icon commissions once I’m able to practice my visual art skills a bit more, but it is an option. I’ve been trying to make my own art, and I’m not completely horrible at it. Very un-skilled, yes, but not horrible. You can see some what I’ve been working on here (F1R4-02 standard unit) and here (F1R4-03 Autobike Armour).

I’m also looking at another option, and I’d like some feedback on it. Would anyone be interested in supporting me via Patreon? This would be for my safe for work stories only (for funding reasons), but would involve both my main “Omega Wars” series, and some other stories—one-offs and series—that I’ve been keeping in my queue. I’m trying to figure out rewards still, but before I agree to anything, I’d like to see how much interest there is in it. The money would be used to help pay bills, keep me fed, and maybe replace keyboards as necessary.

Next, I’d like to mention that I’m making myself available on Weasyl, FurAffinity, and SoFurry. I’d prefer to keep most contact to Skype, Jabber, IRC, or email (especially email, for the sake of records and keeping things clear), but you’ll definitely be able to find me on all three sites. I’m working on prettifying my profiles, but that’s low priority at the moment.

Final point is streams. First, how interested are people in seeing me stream my work? I’d like to just get a general idea, but I wouldn’t mind streaming myself working on stories. Of course, I’d also occasionally stream artwork creation, but it’d mostly be writing…and listening to random music…typically Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, metal, and video game OSTs.

Second, does anyone have an opinion on Justin.TV for streaming? I’m using Livestream right now, but with how they’re moving everything to webcam/mobile streaming, I’d like to try and find a replacement. I can’t afford Tigerdile, though that MIGHT be an option later on. For now, I’d like to know what people think of Justin, unless you have a better option to recommend.
