Well, since winter is over (knock on wood) here in the Maine wilderness, it's time to update the avatar to reflect it. The current avatar is a shot of Lady, a semi-tame wild squirrel through whom I learned a lot about her species. This was taken back around '96 or so. She's long gone as I've mentioned in a previous journal.

Betsy's toonish, snowball wielding Aldin will come back next winter unless I get something else then.
