As an update, on March 15th Weasyl has climbed the rankings and surpassed SoFurry

Now Inkbunny, SoFurry and Weasyl are at about the same ranking. FA maintains it's normal patterns. Whether Weasyl will eventually taper off or continue to grow beyond the Inkbunny/SoFurry line is yet to be seen.
