Pleasure meetin' ye! Just a carefree GrizzlyBee here. Guess I'll cut to the chase so I don't drag this on haha.

    Ooh.. saw this from the forums and such. I really like how you do big cat stuff, so tempted to have you do something. Just.. don't know what. x_x So many options.. I have my tigers, I have a lion character that I've really been wanting to develop and get an art piece.. hm. Any preferences?

        Oh you don't have to spoil me like that, but thank you~ mm, well he's a mane-less lion that's based more or less off of Grey from ZX: Advent, really the hair and eyes: http://i.imgur.com/XbFzPLp.jpg

        About him specifically, he's an intelligent, witty, yet still athletic type of guy. Highly self-aware. Often thinks he has to break every stereotype, which can trip him up in assuming too much about others. He uses his intelligence and upper body size to be blunt and forward with people, although still with tact and grace. Not everyone enjoys this, naturally, and is a root of drama for him, so he'll go sulk and push himself physically in some way; particularly likes snowboarding, as he'd look like he would fit in with a snow environment. Either that, or he'll just go take a nice and peaceful nap like big cats are prone to!

        Just a character concept I've been rolling around in my head for a long time.. I really like lion stylized characters (like Luxray), but I've had a very hateful relationship with lions over the years. xD Fun story for some time, haha.

          ohhh very nifty!~ is there anything in particular you'd like for him to be doing? C: And since you mentioned he would fit in with a snow environment- should I take it he's a white lion then or~? lol, oh gosh! Big cats man, what's not to love? Hahaha. Not that I'm saying you don't have good reason to not like lions, of course!!

            Ooh.. white fur could look really nice! I'd say either a white snowy fur, or a contrasting darker tan like the skin (the white/grey, green, and tannish colors go very well together). Whichever looks better when you're working on it, I feel like you've got good senses from looking at your art.

            As for what he'd be doing, whatever inspires you! He could be out doing something "physical", or playing an instrument, or just sitting there striking a pose, relaxing, cooking something in a cool fashion... it's totally up to you. You can even just do a bust or headshot, or as much as you'd like. I'm very appreciative of your time and friendliness!

            And yes, big cats are just too awesome. I didn't like lions for the longest of times because I didn't respect how they survive and act in nature, but my views on morality, nature, and life have slowly been shifting to where I can understand how they've evolved and their behavior. I still prefer tigers, but usually when I "hate" something, it means I'm either afraid of it or don't understand, so I try and dissect my unresolved feelings. It's tough and a lot of people would prefer to just keep hating what they hate, but I'm a curious person who tries to understand why I do what I do. x_x;

              Most certainly! :D I'll experiment around ^^ I think I've already got some good starter ideas so this will be an exciting project for sure! And no problem C: You've been really kind to me and I was glad you liked my artwork that I'd done previously on here~ I really appreciate it =)

              And hey, the way I see it, you're just really open which is a wonderful thing! Instead of just disliking something you try to find understanding which is better I feel than just hating something for the sake of disliking it and not trying to at least understand why things are the way that they are, or like, trying to figure out why, y'know? It's a really nice thing I think to have, very respectful and such! Tigers, Lions, big cats, all are just amazing animals I feel also~

                Have fun with it! All kinds of environments you can mess with too, like I love the ocean and ocean related stuff.. I'm a pretty diverse person, which is one of the reason why I have so many characters. Just one is not capable of containing me. ^^; It's easy to make me happy though. Anyway I'll be following you and will look forward to seeing what you'll do with my request, and the others in general! Let me know if you'd like input at any particular stage, I'm always around on Weasyl.

                Haha thank you, I do try to always grow and better myself... I will for my entire life, for I feel like we never stop growing, so we must embrace everything about ourselves and see how we can understand that process. Hating what you don't know is a natural human behavior, but it's one of our lesser ones so I do my best to work against instinct. Also, this world would be a far less vibrant place without any of the big cats. Tigers are probably my favorite, followed by cheetahs, snow leopards, panthers, and then the rest.

                  I do hope I don't disappoint! I'm starting to work on yours right now as we speak so, haha. And I really do like that output on life! I feel like if we had more people with the mindsets that we have on life and just in general, we'd have a lot less stress.. seriously lol. And I agree! Big cats just, you need a big cat haha. But I dunno, I don't think much can compare to my mustache kitten that's for sure hehe~
