Trying to get active again! Plus, questions/answers meme! by Phantastus

Man, I fell off the wagon for awhile.

Apologies for not commenting around as much as I'd have liked-- I'm gonna try and get back on the horse.

To-come is hopefully some nice photos and official announcements regarding the buttons and prints that I have to sell, but for the moment I'm just gearing up to go help some friends with their table next week. If anyone's going to be at Anime Boston, they should stop by the C'lay la Vie table and say hi! I won't be selling anything myself, but my friends make lots of absolutely incredible little clay sculptural goodies so we'd love your support!

But anyway, in the meantime!

Watchers, if you feel up to it, I'd love to hear a little about all of you! Please feel free to leave a comment with a random fact or point of interest about yourself. In addition, feel free to ask questions about me as well! Anything goes.

Any random fact at all? Hmmm...

I once narrowly avoided being peed on by a lion.

Beautiful. I imagine that moment must have changed your life.

(also hi I'm still planning on doing that sketch, I've just barely had a free moment lately in which I had the brainpower to do much drawing!)

        IT TRULY DID

To set the stage, it happened at a really crappy zoo I was visiting when I was a kid, the kind that actually had cages with bars. My family and I were visiting and the lion came up to us, took a look, and then turned its back. My mom made some sort of joke about "well I guess that shows what he thinks of us" just as it started to lift its tail. Suddenly this elderly couple yelled "GET OUT OF THERE QUICK" and we took off JUST in the nick of time. He did catch the edge of the sleeve of my jacket, though. :I

(And that's fine! I wasn't going to bug you about free art. <3)

Did you know that burning to death is believed to be one of the most excruciating ways to die--if not THE most? The heat fractures the bones inside your body!

THIS IS WHY I HOPE TO NEVER BURN TO DEATH
