That’s right, folks!
After a few suggestions and situations that had caused a bit of hardship with my commissions,
I am updating my terms of service to streamline this a little bit more.
Without further ado, here ya go.

Terms of Service 2014
Below are the terms under which the artist, Raunita “Lotus Drake/Draconis(Cocoa Tumbleweed)” Dickerson, will function in a contracted commission with a client. If the aforementioned artist chooses to accept the commission contract that is proposed by the client, the client agrees to the following:

1. Know what you want;
   The artist will not aid in the concept creation of the
   project unless the project is a collaboration. The customer
   requesting the project is fully responsible for providing
   the artist all relevant information, and references needed
   to complete the project to the satisfaction of the customer.
   Otherwise, please see section 6 of this document titled,
   ”Correction Fee Policy”

2. Know who is working on the requested project;
   Do not come to the artist asking for the style if another artist.
   It is disrespectful to both artists involved in the situation.
   Do not come to the artist without viewing the previous work
   to know and understand the style the artist provides.
   The artist, Raunita “Lotus Drake/Draconis(Cocoa Tumbleweed)” Dickerson, has the
   Preference to draw furries with a more realistic approach meaning
   foxes will have their features along with every other animal.

If the client finds that the means in which the artist presented
the character simply because the artist is working the realm of realism
(I.E., the artist refusing to draw tattoos on the fur of furred characters,
and/or fetishes that require creature distortion and proportion distortion)
the result may have the artist come to behave rather sharply with the client.
With regard to explicit images, if a particular fetish is not
Present or images related to what may be requested, please
refer to the list of restricted content found in section 3 of
this document titled, “Don’t Bother Asking For These”.

Do not request the services of the artist without reading
this document in full beforehand. The artist will not be held liable
for their own behavior caused by the direct violation of this document.

3. Don’t Bother Asking For These;
   Below is a list of content that the artist will not illustrate nor perform
   Services regarding the listed content:
   Anything involving non-consent(sexually),
   Characters under the age of 20 using any drug,
   Any hard drug use(Including but not limited to, heroine, cocaine),
   All characters under the age of 19 (sexually),
   All vore,
   Brow perking fetishes (including but not limited to, Ovum, menses, tentacles, bestiality),
   Extreme body mutilation/distortion/disproportion (All Macro/Micro/Fat/inflation),
   Extreme size difference (over 1.5 Ft difference),
   All characters appearing under 20 years of age,
   Unrealistic Sexual Pairings (predator/prey pairings)
   For one reason or another, each of the items listed above will not be involved as content
   for any projects whatsoever. If there are any concerns or comments with regards to this list, please see section 4 of this document titled, “Rights and Permissions”.

4. Rights and Permissions;
   The artist reserves the right to deny their services for any reason they may see fit.
   Upon the completion of the transaction, the customer may do as they please with the
   image so long as the artist is credited.
   Test images, drafts, and concept art unless purchased as sketches, line art, or
   flat color belongs to the artist and requires expressed commission to use in any fashion.
   Unless the image content belongs to a third party (neither the artist nor the customer) references, and detailed information of the desired image is required.
   Characters belonging to the artist cannot be used without the expressed permission of the said artist. Images concerning third party creations are protected under fair use and credit is always given to the originators of the “fan” content.

5. Payment/Refund Policy;
   The monetary cost accumulated by the customer is payment for services rendered. Services include but are not limited to, art lessons, custom designs, and character creation. By commissioning the artist, you agree via bilateral contract to pay the amount presented by the artist.
   Payment of the commissioned project received via the internet may only be made via Paypal.com. Half of the total amount owed for the commissioned project is due upon presentation of the third draft unless another payment schedule has been made and agreed upon by both parties.
   The artist may price and present fees to be added to the cost of the commissioned project within reason. For more information please see section 6 of this document titled, “Correction fee Policy”.
   Refusal to pay the presented amount may lead to legal repercussions as the customer would be in direct violation of this document where the artist may charge the customer up to 500.00 USD in addition to the original cost of the commission.
   Refunds are only given if the artist has begun the commissioned project but for any reason cannot complete the image.

6. Correction Fee Policy;
   Should the customer request changes to the commission due to violating section 1 of this document the artist may charge a fee starting at the cost of 15.00 USD. If the artist is forced to restart the commissioned project due to violating section 1 of this document, the artist may charge the full cost of the scrapped image in addition to the price of the new image and base fee cost of 15 USD.
   The artist will make reasonable effort to ensure that the commissioned project is completed to the satisfaction of the customer. If the customer does not make a reasonable effort to ensure the satisfactory completion of the project, and requests changes after the presentation of the third draft, the artist may charge the base cost of 15 USD in addition to a design correction fee up to 50 USD depending on the amount of change that is being requested.
   Should the artist and customer complete all necessary changes without violating section 1 of this document, no correction fees will be applied.

7. Sale/Discount Policy;
   The reduced price presented during a sale and/or discount is only applied if the commissioned project is requested and agreed upon by the involved parties within the duration of and under the presented terms of the sale/discount. The policies disclosed in this document are in full effect of very sale/discounted commissioned project.

8. Modify/Copy/Distribution Policy;
   Unless the project was the product of a commission, gift art, art trade, or request to the individual seeking to (including but not limited to) edit, re-distribute, copy, modify and/or use in any fashion expressed permission from the artist is required. The re-sale of a project done by the artist is strictly prohibited.

In order to ensure that her clientele have read her terms of service, the artist has chosen a password to let her know with the title of the message with information concerning a project. The password to Contract the artist and show her that you have read this document is, “Dragon”.
