Some people got a birthday on February 29th, that means they gotta wait for 4 years for their birthday to be age 1 and so on, it's called "Leapling" or a "Leap Year Baby".
Even know February only got 28 days.

I wonder how they celebrate their birthdays. Guessing by just celebrating the day before/after.
