State of the Catox: March Update

Good evening folks! Time for another look as how I've been with State of the Catox!

Professional:

After the killer session of working the help desk for my job, I gunned for a Network Engineering position...AND GOT IT. This is what I went to school for 7 YEARS for, and I absolutely love it! Even when I fuck up, my small team helps me learn from it and get back into the grove. Way awesome. <3

Personal:

I've moved out to a small apartment near the parents house, and they've been super supportive of the move-out. I've been loving it too, since it grants much more freedom in how I handle the house. It's a lot to handle, but it's been mentally freeing.

Romantic:

Drenthe and I broke up a few months ago on positive terms. We both would have to compromise so much in order to continue, so we decided to split so we could both continue our careers and remain friends. It hurt, but we both arrived at the decision at the same time, so I don't feel so bad. And we've both recovered well! I'm open with close friends, and Drenthe/Blayze are a killer couple. I can't help but to support them, because seeing my friends happy means I'm happy. <3

Physical:

My weight is still around 160/14% body fat, and with my SAD still giving issues, I haven't worked out too much. Thankfully, the job keeps me on my feet and active, so it balances out. Thankfully, the seasons are changing, and I just went on my first barefoot run yesterday, and a killer bike ride today! So, I look forward to more stuff like this.

Mental:

As usual, my mental state is still a big, gooey pile of flux, but overall, much more positive than I was a few months ago.I'm definitely in a better state than I was prior. So, all I can do is set goals, and push onward!
