Art Trades Anyone? [OPEN] by Stray
I'm sure you guys are aware that I can't do commissions, BUT I think I can manage to do art trades. I'm not sure how many of you are interested but this is how I'll do it:
- Post a link to a piece of art approximately showing what level of completion/style you plan on doing your half in.
- State what style/level of completion you would like my half to be (Sketch/Colored Sketch/Shaded Colored Sketch(Cel Shade or Soft Shade)/Ink/Ink w/ Flat Color/Ink w/ Cel-Shading/Ink w/Soft Shading/Etc)
- Tell me what you would want me to do for my half (include references etc). (optional 4.) Tell me what you would like to do for your half, if you have a preference (character/fetish/etc)
If I think that you're offer is fair and I like your idea, I'll accept! If not, I might try to negotiate with you. I'm going to be looking for artists around my skill level to keep it fair. Please don't be offended if I decline your offer! I get stressed out super easily so I may only accept 1 or 2 at this time D:

Try not to cross the streams and incorporate a bunch of ideas into one picture because that will probably reduce the chances of me liking it D: I don't like to cross the streams most of the time.

Oh man yes! That would be my dream come true! ;_; You know how much I adore your art and satyrs and chubby hairy dudes and !!!!!. I totally don't even feel worthy, I'll do a fully lined shaded piece for you in exchange to hopefully make it fair!
Any restrictions you might have? I mean a satyr date could go very raunchy very quickly.

Your style is adorable! I'd love to trade with you :D I also absolutely adore your character. I think a full color with shading from me is very fair, do you prefer my cell-shading or soft-shading (would be done with inks though!)?
Do you have any specific ideas for what you'd like? It's a lot easier for me to draw when I have something a bit more specific than like a pin-up, you know. I tend to struggle with pose ideas sometimes ;_; Also, do you have any preference for which character of mine you'd like to draw or would you prefer me to give you one? :)

I like both shading styles so I'm happy with whichever you feel like doing on the day! (but if you grump at me for the freedom, go cell shading =p)As for poses, she loves flaunting her butt, if that helps put you on track with an idea. If you want more nudging I can probably get more specific.
I thin my favourite character of yours is Chauvet, but if you want more art of Jude I'd be happy to draw him too.-
I definitely prefer doing soft shading, it's just way easier and more relaxing for me, so that sounds great :D More specific is better, but I can work with butts. I don't know why, my brain has a hard time sparking an idea with vagueness :C I hope it's not too annoying to you ;_;
Either of them is great! I'm super specific about Chauvet's body type (small boobs and the double B belly mainly) because it's an integral part of her character to be outside the norm of 'beauty' and stuff, so if you're comfortable with that, go for it! She loves wearing corsets and such though, so if you're not 100% confident you can do that too to squeeze her up and hide some of that. :3

If that's alright with you, especially if you're going to draw Chauvet (since like I mentioned, I'm kinda specific about her body). But if you get in the zone and want to finish it in one shot or don't want to wait for my approval that's also fine. I don't want to be a burden~

I know you said you didn't mind but I wanted to make sure I got her body right and also ask if you have any preference for the background/lighting (sunset, daytime, nighttime, ocean/beach, mountains, whaever). Since she's a gargoyle I was planning on having her on a fancy banister with the full moon illuminating her but I wasn't sure if she was that kind of gargoyle or not.
