TO CLARIFY POINT #5, GENERIC ANIMAL PATTERNS ARE FREE. This is only for custom species or of drastic reworking to an existing pattern. A dog with simple custom markings will not cost extra, but a dog with extra legs/tails/etc. will. I will let you know what may cost more when I send a quote.

Read these terms ALL THE WAY THROUGH please. The information contained here is extremely important!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COMMISSIONS
1. A Deposit is required to be put on the commission queue. This deposit is for 30% of the item. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. I accept PayPal (no E-checks), Personal Checks and Money orders. The commission is not added to the queue until the money clears in the bank, however. PayPal is preferred, and put it under the category 'payment for goods'. I will send to the address in the Paypal account unless you EMAIL me first to discuss a different shipping address.

2. Deadlines: If you have a deadline, include it in the commission request or within the first two emails to me. If it is unreasonable, I will have to refuse the commission. If the deadline needs to change, please let me know as soon as possible, I may have to cancel the commission if it is too close. I will let you know a reasonable time frame for item completion when I send the quote. I will no longer be offering hard deadlines without being asked to. If you have a deadline you need your plush by, please let me know when you commission it!
   I've been fighting with wrist pain, so I'd rather not overdo it by trying to rush work without a need to. Not trying to be mean, just need to slow down a little bit.

3. Copyright: I will not make copyrighted characters. The only instances where I will are if you are the personal owner of the character and can prove it to me. I can make similar designs (a salamander-style dragon, for instance) but I will not make you a plush of Toothless. The exception is for won "adoptable" characters with the permission of the maker. If you wish, I will contact the maker (through private messages or emails) to ask permission for you.

4. You need to be 18 or older to order from me. Alternatively, have an adult aged 18 or older order for you.

5. New designs: I can create a new pattern for a small ($10) fee. This includes a concept, drafting the pattern, and building a prototype of the pattern. This pattern is then mine to use however I like. You can choose which pattern I use to make the item, but please remember, I make all of my own patterns, I do not buy or use patterns made by other people. If you provide a concept sketch, I will make a pattern of it for my use. This pattern is my property and I may reproduce it however I wish. You must agree to this before I will create a custom pattern. I will not duplicate exact markings or designs without permission from the original owner.
   I do not sell my patterns or give permission for anything made from my patterns to be reproduced by anyone else.
   These designs are not eligible for returns or refunds.

6. Shipping: I ship via UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation. Insurance may be added, at an extra cost. Shipping costs are determined at time of shipping; I cannot give out shipping quotes ahead of time, only estimates. Estimates may be different than actual costs. International shipping is determined on a case by case basis.

7. Returns and Refunds: Down Payments are NON REFUNDABLE (see 1). If you want or need a return due to damage or any other reason, I need the following things emailed to me.

   1. Reason for the return.
   2. Photograph of item to show condition.
   3. If the item arrived damaged, a photograph of the packaging and shipping container. If you wish to receive a refund, I NEED the item shipped back to me. You will receive the refund minus shipping cost. Exchanges work the same way, I will exchange the product with a new, undamaged one when I receive the original. If you receive an exchange, you will not receive a refund. Certain custom items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Return authorizations are at my sole discretion, and I reserve the right to deny a return at any time, for any reason. Repairs: If an item is damaged (popped seams, etc) you can return it to me for repair. The only cost to you is shipping the item to me and for me to ship it back once repaired.

8. When you purchase an item from me, you are entering into a contract with me. You are allowed to own the character, but the work on it is mine. Do not alter the work, if it is damaged you can send it back to me for repairs, for the cost of shipping. If you alter my work (adding details, markings, etc.) and post images of it online, please state which changes you have made to the original. This helps clear any confusion on details I offer for plushes. I do not offer adult details on plushies, nor do I alter premade or store-bought plushies.

9. PAYMENT: I require full payment before I ship your item. If you cannot pay as soon as your plush is finished, email me to work something out. I take payment plans for anything over $50. All payments are in United States Dollars (USD). Payment plans can be made over several months, but the item will not be sent out if there is any outstanding payment due to me.
