If it's not one thing, it's another. I have been really tired from work in the past few months and they finally got me some help. So now I'm thinking "great time to finish up this mega commission" until my Sewell hammerhead decided to break its USB port. This is basically the adapter I use since my laptop still has a VGA connection and the Cintiq 13HD uses HDMI
The port in itself isn't much use for me because I don't need audio for the HDMI ...what my Wacom makes sounds? However, because it takes up quite a bit of power, in the case it unplugs, it causes my computer to reboot so I'm not happy.
I may end up getting another laptop, but to be honest this one has been doing quite well for what I got it for. My replacement adapter comes in Monday but still...it was just another setback.
I'm currently playing Bravely Default on 3DS and I like the mechanics of the game. If I don't want to deal with monster encounters because I'm stuck or need to figure something out, you have the option to turn them down during the game. If I need to grind and get more EXP, I can turn them up. I can change the voice actors and other nice things. I finished building Norende at the start of Chapter 2. I guess the worst part about the game is the story isn't interesting to me since it seems rather predictable nor the characters as much, but they're all still charming in their own way.
I may go back to idling long periods of time on my journal or posting till I can figure out a better schedule.
Oh maybe not since I recently got a Note 3 and been learning how to work drawing into that thing. I really like it. It may be a "phablet" but I like it better than just having a phone and lugging a tablet around. Best of both worlds. I've been looking for more artistic apps to utilize it. I of course have Sketchbook Pro already.

Urgh, things always break when you finally need them! D:
I like sketching with sketchbook pro on my tablet, I still find it difficult to adjust to, though. I just can't get the same kind of detail that I can with a physical pencil on a tablet.
