    No stahp sick is not fun. If you drink hot tea at all, I would suggest chamomile or mint teas. ;v; Chamomile is relaxing and can help with sore throat, while mint is good for the sinuses. Both can have antioxidants in them as well. I think my herbal teas are what saved me from getting sick when the rest of my household was coughing and sneezing ;; I hope you get better soon!
