Interesting animal species? by Rooc

I'm always on the lookout for creatures that I've never drawn before, whether it's an existing species, an extinct one, a fantasy one..but after a while trying to find some gets harder haha.

I have humans and humanoids, felines, canines, hoofed animals, both fish and marine creatures, otters, amphibians, reptiles, birds, bats, squirrels, skunks, raccoons, opossums, dragons, rabbits, tanukis, mice, sloths, monkeys and apes, bears, ferrets, anteaters, red pandas, cuscus, aardvarks, numbats, seals, coatis, sugar gliders, insects, dinosaurs, robots, slimes and plants, hybrids, aliens, monsters, and countless made-up species of my own.

So if anyone can suggest interesting species, whether real or imaginary, that'd be great!

    Hmmm..... Manta or Sting Rays, Moray Eel, Angler Fish, Porcupine, Echidna, Thylacine (possibly extinct? I keep hearing otherwise), Barracuda, Aye-Aye, Wild Boar....those come to mind~ >w<
