4 hours is a bad number because your rem cycles every 2 so 3 or 5 is better

  Look sonny, I try to get my eight hours. I shun social convention to get sleep. I wake up three minutes before I need to go to work. Sleep, to me, is a realm much superior to the waking life. We dream, we rest, we regenerate...yet we're always yanked into the cold, harsh fold of reality, day after day. I see REM, and it is beautiful. I can only dream, and dream I do.
