Little Update by Ranohara
Good news is, I caught up to everything I needed to RP wise /and/ I finished the art trade I had to do before starting other projects- namely Ran's new ref and some t-shirt designs for the Homestuck contest owo
Bad news- ...kiiiind of still need to catch up on homework. I /had/ a good portion done, but then a few days ago everything piled up all at once, so I'm gonna work on taking out some chunks of that tomorrow. vnv
I never know what to talk about on journals. >n> How's everyone else holding up? New year treating you guys well so far? uvu

Thanks! I have to do interviews for a 12-hour shelving position this week...but I think that this coming weekend I can finally catch up on things! I wish we got snow days...but it's just not snowing ENOUGH for the Library to close! laughs I think we close if there are 12-inches of snow or the City can't get the roads plowed...we haven't gotten anything more than 6-inches lately.
If I can finally manage to get letters done and stuff...I want to work on evolving my coloring style, with both markers and colored pencils. But I have to get all the other stuff out of the way first. I was looking through a colored pencil book I was reshelving at work the other day and some of the marker-colored pencil techniques looked interesting in it. I'd like to try them out sometime.

Mhmm, just take one thing at a time- the pile'll start decreasing after a bit, hopefully. ^u^ And awesome! Experimenting's such a fun part about art, especially if you find something that clicks!

It usually is quiet...but today we had two preschool classes take tours of our Library. So at two different times today we had like 30 little kids running around and yelling for an hour or so! chuckle But most of the time, it's pretty quiet and I always see lots of books I want to read! tee-hee

I know what you mean. Since I was given a semi-supervisor position (in December)...I fell way behind on doing things I normally get done within a week, like pen-pal letters. Now I have six of them (one from around Christmas)...and I tend to write like 5-10 page letters. So...a task I need to somehow make a lot of time to sit down and do!
I hope you can catch up on your school work!
