Commissions Opening This Weekend! by Aelius

I feel I've whittled down my current queue enough to take commissions again, so this Saturday at around noon or so, I'll officially open back up for commissions! My rates are below. Please note there's been a slight price increase (blame recent car expenses and increased HOA dues :p ), and I've also added "lineless" colorwork to the list. Bear in mind I'm still experimenting with that style, but I feel confident enough to offer it. Since it doesn't require inking, I can offer it at a slightly lower price.

ALSO... I will open up for story commissions, as well!
Maximum length is around 10,000 words per story, and a rate of four dollars per page. Stories will be written in Courier New, size 11 font and 1.5 spaced (the same format I write my own stories in). Content rating will be the same as my artwork, so if you're curious about what I will and will not write about, just look below.

Commission rates are all in American dollars.

Feel free to discuss the image if you’re curious as to how much detail entails the added price. I try to be generous

As with many artists, there are certain things I prefer not to draw. My range goes from G to softcore-R—nudity is fine, though I do not wish to draw sex acts, spread shots, or erections (gotta be sheathed. No pink flesh!).
I will also not draw:
Cub/diaper
Scat/watersports
Vore
Flatulence
Inflation
Excessive gore
Characters owned by a corporation (Disney, Nintendo, etc.) or another person besides the commissioner (gift art is an exception to the latter, but prior permission must be obtained)
Any of my characters doing something extraordinarily out-of-character (feel free to ask if you aren’t sure)
Another person’s style (honestly, why would you ask me to draw in a style I don’t draw in? O.o)
I don't often draw fetish-y material, so if there's something not listed here that I didn't consider, just ask if you're curious.

For sketches and inks, if you wish to have the original shipped to you I’ll be happy to do so, though you will have to pay for shipping and handling: $2.00. Continental U.S.A. only. Alternatively, if you're attending Anthrocon, I can give it to you there for free.
Color images are all digital, and you will get two files: a hi-res image, and a smaller file for posting online.

My method will be as follows: Once details are worked out as to the picture, I’ll scan and email a basic rough sketch for approval (basically poses, perspective, and such) before continuing. In order to keep things moving, I can only allow a maximum of TWO revisions before completing the piece. This prevents a slowdown and burnout, ensuring you get your completed piece as soon as possible. For color pieces, I’ll of course allow two extra, so that colors and lighting can be approved of. Payment will be required upon approval of the roughs.
For the sake of efficiency, I will complete all sketches first, then move on to inks for those ordered, then finally start on colors once the others are taken care of. This ensures that I don’t spend two weeks on a color piece while a simple sketch waits next in my queue.
For sketches, expect at least a week after payment is accepted for your piece to be finished. Colored images, depending on how many I received, may take up to two or three weeks due to their time-consuming nature. You may ask for a refund with no questions asked if the drawing is under halfway done and it’s been more than a week. For inks and up, I can only refund the cost minus what I’d already completed (if you asked for a cel-shaded piece, $55, and I only got the sketch completed before the refund was requested, then I will give you back $40 to make up for what I’d already completed up to that point).

For payment methods, I accept money orders and Paypal. If you've commissioned me before, I'm willing to accept checks, but there will be a short delay to ensure it clears.

Still here? Well, slots will be limited, so keep an eye out on Saturday
