for my first journal, i post this warning, because i don't want any of you to be duped like i was. here it is:

-pays for furrymate membership so he can chat with the people sending him messages-

-doesn't receive inbox messages from people that he did BEFORE paying for membership-

-cancels furrymate account by sending email to them, as per their site rules-

-almost immediately receives more messages in my inbox on the site-

-talked to TWO IRL friends about what messages they've gotten in their inbox, and you guessed it, THEY ARE FROM THE SAME "PEOPLE"-

yeah...it's all coming together now....sleazy scammers....fake profiles....robbing people of their money....

**if you have an unpaid account on furrymate, i'd bet that you have gotten messages from some/all of the following:

cococat, melodi, mialana, hyper, pamala, relliapurr

because it's a scam.**

seriously though...don't give into this scam...i feel so naive for doing it, and i hope none of you go the same path
