So after the rather lousy-feeling few weeks I've been experiencing, yesterday turned out to be a pretty good day.

It started off by getting an email that a CD I'd ordered from an indie label a few weeks ago, which I never recieved, would indeed be shipped to me (it had been out of stock), but for being so patient they refunded half my money. I also got an email formally rejecting me for a job I applied for -- I think it was ambulance work -- but that they'd keep my application on file for a year.

Just before 5:00 PM, however, REMSA called me and left a message saying they wanted me to come in for an interview! I missed the call by mere moments but managed to call back before they closed. So I have a job interview set up for next week for a Special Events EMT position! I'm nervous but hopeful it'll go well. Then later that night I discovered that Tool is coming to Reno. On my birthday. And my sister bought me tickets as an early present. She's the best ;.=.; After a few weeks of generally feeling down, this was just what I needed.

Also, I must say I've rather enjoyed making and posting those smutty pieces of art over the past few days X3 It's made me a bit less self-conscious, I guess. I, uh... felt the last one I posted was missing a little something, so I corrected it. :3
