Never been to a fur con myself, I think its because of the stigma attached and all the hugging I hear about. But mixed cons are fun, they are like nerd carnivals, you can do tons of things and if you are looking for something cool it will probably be there.

I hate all flying insects, i have a phobia of them.. but yes the mosquito is definitely the most irritating!!!! I like that fact you like your space and too many people around you, makes you uncomfortable. I'm fully down with this, it is one of the reasons i rarely do cons anymore. They have just gotten too big.
