I wouldn't really consider a note claiming something happened is substantial evidence. (It wouldn't hold up in a court of law.) I've had people make some absolutely disgusting allegations about me that weren't true and all and people bought it because they just want to believe the worst about people.
As for if it's still up, the whole of yiffyleaks is still up, I don't have the link though.

That doesn't change my view on it. No one likes to be falsely accused of something, and there isnt enough evidence to believe it.
That said, his entire attitude regarding it after the note leak and recently has been goddamn HORRENDOUS and I do think he has the potential to abuse a position of power to assault someone.

The fact that false accusations of rape are extremely rare doesn't change your opinion? Sounds like motivated reasoning to me. Besides, it's not just one person making these allegations; multiple people, including Dragoneer's girl-friend, have said that this is consistent with Zaush's behavior. He's not the only protected rapist on the FA's staff: Chase, who manages the forums, is a convicted dog-fucker. Moreover, Dragoneer and the rest of the admin staff have been actively suppressing any kind of honest investigation. It's not just one thing people are upset about, but a whole bunch of related things happening at the same time.
I tend to be concerned about false accusations too, but here is a pattern of behavior that simply cannot be reasonably ignored.

Ferality never said she was raped anywhere (not in the leaked notes, not after it blew up out of proportion), it was everyone else that started throwing around the rape accusations and blew it out of proportion.
She never even addressed the claims or had any part in it spreading. You can't claim there was a rape when the victim, herself, never said she was raped. She was only concerned that he was grooming a user who was underage at the time into sexual contact.
I absolutely think he DOES have the capacity to be a sexual predator, based on that alone, but he did not rape Ferality based upon what little evidence there is. The fact that there is literally no evidence other than the note leak, in which she never said she was raped, should give for some pause. But everyone wants to automatically believe the worst case scenario. Most people aren't even getting their information from the original note, they are regurgitating it from third, fourth, fifth, nth sources, making it further exaggerated.
If I were to say you raped my mom, would that make it true? There's no other evidence other than my word, which is how the whole Ferality/Zaush thing has been going, so that must make it just as true and mean I and everyone else needs to treat you like a rapist now.
My point being that you don't know what it's like being on the ass end of fucked up allegations until you've been there and there's no reason to completely buy into a rumor until there is actual evidence beyond her saying she had sex with him (and she, again, never said she was raped).
(Again, based on his behavior, I do think he can be a sexual predator and should not be allowed in a position of power that he could abuse to further his own gain.)

From what I've seen:
Drama from two years ago (rape allegations) has been brought back to the surface. A certain member was made an admin, and a few years ago he had rape allegations levied against him, even though the victim of it never said she was raped. It's now spiraling again because he's in a place of power and people feel threatened and scared.
Though this is really just the straw, it seems to be mostly people finally getting fed up with FA's nepotism and administrative decisions coupled with the site's extended downtime during December.

well i didnt really want to talk about it anymore but i will tell you even though ive chose a side i wont make up or leave out stuff,
so they were doing a new project to change the look of the site, they have said they were before but didnt pull through so many were doubtful, and to add insult to injury which this is the main issue, they hired a user as their lead coder who had trouble working with other coders and ran them off, but the big issue is he has raped someone (people keep saying he was accused but the whole ordeal happened a few years ago and there was straight evidence and even him and dragoneer talking about it screen capped so its highly unlikely it didnt happen, plus very few rape alligations are fake anyway)
many called that issue out in the project comments but anyone who said anything about the guy raping someone had their comments removed and they were suspended.
many are leaving fa for weasyl bc they dont want to be on a website with admins who hide up horrible issues and have a rapist in the higher ups (awhile ago dragoneer helped someone who did sexual things to animals stay outta trouble too, and many many other dumb or just down right horrible things)
alot of people on fa are saying those who left are overreactiing and just bandwagoning or drama causing, which i think is very rape apologetic, some are even saying who cares what he did it doesnt affect the site. some are even bringing their hate onto journals of people who are uncomfortable with this bc they were raped themselves.
fa decided now that they see so many are going to weasyl to attempt to very poorly address the issue but they really dont address or fixc anything, its a poor attempt to back pedal if you will, the comments on that post are horrible mind youthe guy in question is zaush btw
really fA is just a very negative place to be atm, i keep checking it less and less bc im tired of seeing people say you hAVE NO PROOF THE GIRL COULDVE BEEN LYING, WHY DO YOU CARE? RANT RANT RANT
either way, many have left fa for good or are going to, and thats the reason why, the staff at fA have been horrible and unprofessional for so long, and for many this is the final straw of complete apathy, if you can even call it apathy

This latest issue is pretty bad, but it's honestly the straw that broke the camel's back. There have been SO MANY problems with FA over the years it's not even funny. It's a terrible site run by terrible people.

In addition to the actual allegations against Zaush summarized by previous commenters, which I believe but honestly don't want to debate regarding their veracity, this whole thing has just seemed to cause a whole bunch of rape-apologist, "man, ladies always be changing their mind about sex amirite" misogyny to really be brought out of the woodwork in the FA community. So even people that maybe wouldn't have moved slowly because of the Zaush thing (though let's be real, I would've anyway) have been moving, I think, because the tenor of FA is growing increasingly hostile.

A person that has quite a few skeletons in his closet was hired to help with recoding the website. People discussing about it got banned, and as a result Dragoneer learns about the Streisand Effect the hard way.

Dragoneer performing his amazing ostrich act and burying his head in the sand. People are uncomfortable with Zaush (alleged rapist and popufur scumbag extraodinaire) being on staff despite lying about his coding capabilities and a previous, apparently more experienced team getting the boot. Lots of rape apologists come out of the woodwork making more people uncomfortable, terrible PR from the admins silencing any negativity and basically just a perfect shitstorm leading to lots of people leaving FA.

It's about a guy they added to their project phoenix or something. People are jumping to conclusions about him and the site in general. I don't know too much about it at the moment
