I would first and foremost like to say thank you for all the new followers and friend requests, seriously, you guys rock.

I definitely see familiar faces from FA, and people that follow me here now that had not thought to watch me before on there!

It makes me quite happy that this smaller website has done me good by exposing my art in a slightly different way so it was not passed over again. It makes me feel like I'm off to a good start.

On that note, if you are keeping up with my FA, you may have heard, but I did reach my breaking point. Everything going on over there is an absolute public relations nightmare, among other things.

I do not actually enjoy devolving to social justice warrior tactics, but I feel like that's where it basically went and I cannot blame people if they did not want to take me seriously after a point.

I would therefore like to explain myself a bit.

You see, it is an issue very close and personal to me, and seeing the best humanity has to offer when it comes to not tolerating sexual predation has been wonderful!

On the flip side though, seeing the dark, awful pit of darkness that comes up anytime victims of sexual predation are discussed was incredibly upsetting for me.

This is not the first time I've had issues with the community of Furaffinity and/or the staff. Not by a long shot.

I do not want to go into great detail here, but I have dealt with their administration blatantly abusing me, and as the years have passed I've realized how immoral it all was.

To make matters worse, the more technically competent I became throughout my Java class and started learning about databases, the less the way FA is ran made any sense at all.

I can't really explain it well enough to do it justice, so here is an oldie but goodie by LexyEevee that points out some vulnerabilities.

Many probably remain unfixed as LexyEevee has a lengthy documentationin that livejournal about how little FA administration tends to care about security and functionality.

As these topics are brought up again in light of Zaush's possible incompetence to do the job, I cannot say I feel comfortable continuing to manipulate data through that website.

And so though FA has been my roots I think it is about time to move on to greener pastures. I am really enjoying my time here thus far and I have nothing but good feels and vibes to give.

This place rules and totally schools FA. It's not perfect, but I can look forward to seeing it develop.
