Finally, i'm here ! by Leeden
Hi there everyone,
So, i finally finished to transfer everything on Weasyl but with a little extra from what i had on FA. Though i'm not sure if i should post like, sketches or w.i.p on differents folder as i don't really want to spam the submissions post too much. I somewhat miss the "sketchbook" part on Nabyn.
I'm really eager to be more active on this site than on FA, so if you have questions or just want to discuss things, just go ahead and leave me a message. I might take some time to reply with an approximate english 'cause it's not always easy for me to translate what i want to say though.
It feels a bit humbling changing from a website to another 'cause you loose almost all your follower base, but it's also a good way to have a brand new start and keep actually a better look at my whole gallery this time.
So, yeah, thanks for following me there.

I agree with you on the confusion about uploading sketches and w.i.p. images, even though you can turn off the spam to your followers, It still shows in your gallery with all your pretty finished artwork I think :C ahaha Will take some adjusting is all I suppose :)

Well i'd like the sketches not to be displayed in the front page, to be honnest, cause i don't feel like it's really worth the view. Seems you can config that way. That's pretty cool :3

Indeed, fresh starts aren't always bad! It can be a bit exciting to rebuild and see what you can accomplish yet again just by doing what you do! AAA >W<

I just figured out the feature to assign settings to folders; it's actually pretty darn nifty :D

I would suggest you to post everything you can since you can make folders here not to mix all arts in one dumpit.
would love to see all the sketches from you!and I think people will migrate here, it's a new start after all this webiste is more friendly to use than it seems at first so I wouldn't be worried about the follower base. Just make sure people on FA know where to find you!

Welcome! Glad to see you here too haha. Weasyl has alot more potential over fa and feels more comfortable and exciting to be on once you get the swing of things.
I had a quick question! Could we expect progress on commissions sometime soon? Don't mean to bother I just wanted to ask sense its been awhile!

Sure ! I was a bit busy with recent issues and weasyl transfer but now that it's done, i can work on the sketches again. Sorry for the time i take ^^;

Ooh I hope to see some of your sketches and WIPS. Nabyn had a lot of nice things but they just seemed to stop working on it and vanished ): I wish they would have shown more interest. It had a lot of potential. Hopefully this place doesn't go the way of there. I like how friendly and professional the staff are here iui It's really refreshing to be in a place where so much caring is going on <3 <3

Welcome to the party! If you are concerned about spamming peoples' inbox you have the option to make a particular folder not update people.
You can go to Settings > Submission Folders > Edit Folder Options
Simply select a folder you want to use for scraps, then check off the box that says "Do not generate "new submission" notifications to your followers"
Hope that helps! I love sketches and WIP personally. I wouldn't be bothered if you left that box unchecked.
