Yeah thinking like so many others that after FA being down for so long periods at a time and such, I'd make a user here too.

A bit about me:
Well I love drawing furry stuff, but wish I was better at it :P
My favorite animals are: Raccoons, ferrets, cats and wolves - though I really like all animals :3 wishes to get a pet once
I like series like Criminal Minds, Bates Motel, American Horror Story, Once upon a time etc.
Cartoons: Adventure time, Invader Zim, Moomins.

My fursona is a "møgdyr" which closely translates to "mongrel" .. It doesn't really have a name, but goes by: Mongrel, Møgdyr, Moegdyr, Isht, Nilen or something with the numbers "393" ... I guess :P
I'll be posting drawings of her a lot.

I have done commissions in the past but since I've moved out of my parents house and taking an education as multi media designer, I kind of haven't had the time for a lot of drawing.

*Btw I use Paint tool SAI for my drawings, but trying to get into using photoshop cs6 too.
My weapon is a wacom intuos pen small, though I also own a big intuos3.

    Welcome to the site, I hope you enjoy it here.
    Also fun thing you might like: It actually suports a system of stream notifications that can be sent to all of your watchers when you decide to turn it on allowing them to go and watch your stream from their notifications box(it's got it,s own notification category in fact, and even include a "now streaming" light on your main profile when you turn it on and people visit your gallery. It, of course, allows linking to your stream page from there :)

    Oh, did I also add you can now add one more person to the people following you :)
    (on a sidenote, the fact new journals are advertised from the main browsing page is probably one of the features I'm growing to like the most)

        Figure it never hurts to try to point out some of the benefits of this website to new users, before they go back purely to other sites because of "more visbility".
        I still upload on both FA and Weasyl, but since I can post fullres images on Weasyl without a workaround, all full resolution images are posted here.

        And on FA, since officially you can't post at fullres, I post a resized-for-FA version with a line in the description basically going "for the full sized image, please follow this link".

        This way you still get FA's visibility... but also make available to your users something that wouldn't be available to them otherwise.
