*If your layout requires me to purchase something, or your request for the use/purchase of items to implement in the layout or your website I will not (be able) to refund you these fees.
• Hourly wages are collected every 7days after the initial payment, these collections will be requested through paypal and will need to be paid in full before any work is continued.
Description of Service(s)
• I design websites code pre-designed layouts and design layouts without coding as well as other website-related services, including, minor modifications to pre-existing websites, and updating and/or fixing broken code.
Intellectual Property Policy
• I will not indulge in the act of copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement. Any Client (you) requesting content (non-profit fan art is acceptable) of these sorts be added without expressed written permission from the original artist/company/holder of these rights will be denied and any contract between the Client and Myself will be terminated.
Website Construction Procedure
• With the help and input from the Client, I will design and build the website to the best of my ability with the help of sites the Client finds interest in the design of as reference. The detail and functionality of the sample site(s) will not be duplicated unless requested by the Client, I cannot be held liable for inaccuracy of information, typos, or spelling errors in any of the content approved by the Client.
Completion Time frames
• The Client understands, and agrees that I do not guarantee any time frame for completion of ANY website (layout, coding, etc). Approval stages must be passed and changes requested to each stage must also be passed, this will cause a strain on any time frame needed to be met by the Client, in addition as more content and information is added throughout the development process or requests for additional changes or modifications to the sites design the time frame will then on be increased. Other obstacles that may hinder the completion of the website include, but are not limited to, complexity, availability of both the Designer and the Client, as well as other circumstances.
Client Approval
• The Client may be responsible for testing the functionality of the website throughout the Approval Stages if requested to. The website may be posted live as soon as all payment has been paid in full on completion and the Client has made any last minute detail checks and/or requests.
Website Change Requests After Final Transaction
• The Client agrees to pay half the base price as well as the normal Hourly rate when requesting any additions or changes to be made after the completion of the website and the final transaction, and must agree to these terms again until the contract is completed or terminated by either party.

1. Your Rights and My Rights; Custom Websites
• By requesting a custom website (layout, coding, etc) you are asking (as well as receiving) full rights to use the contents on website, change the layout itself (e.g. color scheme, titles, names, etc), crop images so long as the Client (you) give full credit to the Designer (me).
