Why dont people thank you for faving?! by wolfgirl01
Is it common practice on this website for people not bothering to thank others for favourating their art work?
Just asking since ive faved alot of work (work ive liked) and so far ony 1 or 2 people have bothered to say thank you, seriously its just rude
Id love a fav or even a comment on my art work personally and id thank the person who faved straight out, its just politeness that sadly alot of people are lacking
Why dont people thank you for faving?!

That is fair enough and i dont always think that way, but thats the thing, not everyone gets tons of favs

If ya was someone like me, you would really hate those comments. But not everyone in the universe can get to everyone when it comes to favorites.
The time to be thankful for other than pointless comments is when well, gift art or whatever. something along those lines.
its not rude when they post a comment too because they could be thankful outside of the internet too lets not forget that,-
That is very true, and i must admit i dont always thank peoepl for favs if i have an overload, what i do is i thank people who have never faved my art work before, instead of thakning the people who fav al the time (new to this site and so far no ones really bothered to comment so thank you for replying to my journal ^^)

Some people get a lot of faves, so they can't always thank every person individually.
There are also a lot of people (myself included) that consider it a bit spammy to be thanked for favs, watches and everything else, unless someone has done something really extraordinary, like say: made you gift-art, signalboosted you or what-have you.
