Do they have something similar for pre-existing submissions? (I may be blind and it was right there)

Yeah, it doesn't matter if the submission is pre-existing. You just browse to the page the submission is on, and you get a Weasyl icon to click on that lets you crosspost it.

I am going to be sticking around here and using fa as a backup gallery from now on. It's good to have art more than one place to get a wider audience. I really prefer this site though so it will be the one I concentrate my time on (ie commenting, following and browsing).
