Nothing much's been happening lately. I mostly spend my days playing Final Fantasy XIV and my evenings playing TTT, though sometimes I get bored and watch YouTube videos. Today though, I was doing a certain mid-level dungeon in Final Fantasy XIV and stumbled across my like 100th terrible tank. You know the kind. The obnoxious douche who can't tank properly and who blames everyone but himself. Most tanks are worthless and my summons are better; and this pisses me off. This is exactly why I was playing a Paladin in WoW even though I had no interest at all in tanking, because I like dungeons but I also like to win 'em. I'm a mid-level Summoner now after over 80 hours of working on him, but I'm on the edge of leveling a tank instead just so I don't have to face all these useless douches. Sooo... after yet another failed run, I was too annoyed to keep gaming so I resumed my reading of Toriko instead and well... six hours and almost 60 chapters later I'm here. The manga's pretty good but when I gave the anime a try, I didn't quite like it. I mean, the art and animation is good enough for they made it for kids so it's censored, loses most of its jokes and most importantly, there's no blood. Plus they severely compress the manga for some obscure reason, as if they wanted the anime to be as short as possible so yeah... manga's infinitely better.

Other than that, I still haven't received an answer from the college but I did my research and the optional courses I want/need to follow aren't available at my local college so either I'll move out on January 1st as I intended, or I'll have to study on my own (AKA look at my old projects and try to redo 'em). I know I make it sound like a big deal but the entrance exams are actually very, very basic... I just want every single chance on my side since I've been trying really hard to get in this course. Also since the first class in the program is programming, it really doesn't matter that much if I only get a layer of rust off instead of relearning everything, but still... Add to that the fact that my mom strongly suggests that I spend January at her house to pay off all my debts and save money and everything, and it really looks like I'll be studying on my own after all.

Oh well, right now all I want is for the damn financial aid responsible to reply to my email so I know just how long I'll get money. I mean I already received my birth certificate in the mail so I have literally everything I need to register for the course.
