Oh jeeze, it's April first. Don't worry, no jokes in this update. I'm not in the mood, heh. Always felt a bit iffy about this "holiday" anyway. 

Weekend went a bit better than the week did. Found out I lost ten pounds over the last few weeks, though I can't recommend getting covid for weight loss, hehe. Appetite is still kinda funky. Hopefully I'll feel well enough soon that I can start taking my long walks again to try and keep it off. Need to exercise more in general to get more fit, in fact. I really want to start working on some things so that I can feel better about, well... trying to present myself a bit differently. Might look into getting some more feminine clothing. Will have to wait and see though.

I actually managed to get some drawin' done recently, which is nice. Wish I could've done more, and/or some writing, but my brain decided to crap out on me again last night after I finished that most recent drawing. Dammit. 

Still feeling frequently fatigued and have a cough that keeps flaring up. Might take a nap in a bit here and see if it helps with the former at least. If it does, I plan to work on some short stories, if I can focus on such things. I have a list of concepts as a draft on my AD account that I may share later. I have most of the important characters' names, species, gender, etc. figured out, but I still need to flesh out more aspects of their personality and such. 

And of course I'll be working on MHO this week. Really itching to get to a certain scene we've all been waiting for. I'm estimating Downtime will have maybe 2-5 more chapters left to go. There'll be another quick Naira aside, and then I'll be starting Wound Awakens, which leads up to you know what. I will warn you though, Wound Awakens will have drama and tension, especially in the latter half. 

There's also one other thing I want to slip in before all that though- originally it was going to be its own separate single-chapter mini-episode I was going to have between them, but I may just be able to slide it into a spot somewhere in Wound Awakens. But the point is that it's special... there's going to be two versions. One within the story, and an alternate version. And no, not in a NSFW way this time. There will be a mcguffin that the boys acquire in it that'll play a key role later in the episode. But how they get it will be the curiosity. Suffice to say there's going to be a cameo from an individual that is the true definition of an outsider, as a sort of teaser for something else I hope to work on eventually. While it's unlikely any of you would recognize the name, for the few that have known me long enough and know enough about the right things... Tiastos will be appearing in the one version.
