Still not quite back to 100%, but I'm definitely a lot less sick than this time a week ago! Covid's definitely living up to the hype. Eugh. At least I'm finally mostly past the head fog now. Now I just have to deal with my usual mental health issues... wheee....

Yeah, my damn mind is attacking me again. I really really hate the idea of going on more or stronger meds for this stuff, given some of the side effects, but I definitely need to do something. These afternoon anxiety spikes are just atrocious at times. At least when it comes to the one particular thing that keeps giving me intrusive thoughts, I still have that vent story in mind that I've developed more in my head. Still haven't written it. May have to set aside some specific time for it at some point. But it'll have to wait, for now....

I didn't get a whole lot done this past week unfortunately, as a result of the illness. I did do some writing on the next MHO chapter, but it's... I dunno, halfway done? Hoping to work on it some more today and maybe tomorrow, then hopefully have it up by Wednesday at the latest. I'm definitely looking to move the story along, because I'm more eager than ever to get to a certain big moment we've all been waiting for. ;3

See, one of the few things I was able to do this past week to try and keep myself occupied and my morale up, is read a bunch of gay furry comics, mostly on e621. And yeah, they had lewd bits, but that wasn't the point. The important thing is that they were romantic to some degree or other. Been obsessing over soft, sweet goodness for a while now. And it's got me full of fuzzy thoughts and ideas. (Which is my best weapon against the more negative things that keep trying to fight their way into my consciousness...) So hey, on that note, if you have any cute comics or stories involving gay furries being smitten with each other (particularly if the protagonists are canids, because I've noticed I have a bias there xD) please send 'em my way! (Preferably fairly vanilla if it contains sexual content tho) Tangentially, I also just love good stories involving comfort, forgiveness, and other gentle/kind things. So yeah, send me those, too. 

And speaking of stories, I have a bunch of ideas for more short stories. I'll be continuing both Milo and Ike's story and Brooke and Kael's story, but I also have a list of other ideas to play with. I'll be posting some of them soon, so people can vote on which ones sound the most appealing. In the process I'll also be creating some more OCs at some point, to use in said other stories. I have some lists of names, species, and various personality quirks and such; I just have to put some together and flesh out the actual characters, hehe.
