I'm taking a rest day from drawing so my hand can recover a bit from the stream yesterday, so this seems like the perfect time to catch up on other things! I know a few of you are waiting on replies from me in my notes and various DMs, so I'll be going through those and catching up with folks a bit. I'm also going to sit down and work on writing up descriptions for art uploads, so I can get some of those queued up for posting! I haven't posted new art in way too long, eh heh.

I wish I had like, an intern or something, to help me with the desk work part of my job. Running an entire business as just one person can take a lot from me sometimes, especially when things offline demand my attention. This last week my partner ended up catching Covid and has been pretty sick, and since we live together I figured it was only a matter of time before I got sick too, so I started drawing like crazy in preparation of that. He's on the mend now, thankfully, and against all odds I've somehow managed to not fall ill, despite my usual frail constitution. I'm counting my lucky stars, tell you what!

It's become proper autumn weather here in Vermont, and I'm loving it so much. The leaves are beautiful! I can finally wear comfy sweaters!! And hot tea is so much more satisfying with a chill in the air. I'm hoping we can make time to go apple picking, as I keep planning for it but then things come up that block us @w@ Panda needs her apples, damn it. I hope they have ginger golds, those are my current obsession.
