Mine are obvious……Galvatron/Rodimus Prime (G1) and Megatron/Rodimus (IDW)—but I also really loved Starscream/Windblade (IDW), I was always saddened by the ending of the series with them and how it didn’t wind up with them being together. I’m also a big fan of G1 Skyfire/Starscream, too. :)

YES i love galvarods SO much honestly, it's such an underrated ship i think (genuinely i think it might be one of my favorite g1 ships). i think megarods has a ton of potential too, both for shenanigans and really fun slowburn, and i need to read the comics where starscream and windblade interact more tbh!! also YEAH g1 skystar is really goodddd

The ending felt rushed—I think it was because IDW was about to merge the Windblade and main ongoing books, for the finale. But the dynamic between Windblade and Starscream was just SO GREAT—and I really thought Starscream was going to be redeemed somehow. But the rushed finale just felt like it ended the Windblade series with train wreck. But the whole series (the mini series and “Til All Are One” series) are well worth reading for sure!!!

I have a few (physical) Japanese doujinshi—some IDW focused, but I’m guilty of owning a truly ridiculous amount of G1 SkyStar doujinshi. XD

In my brain, I have no idea how NOBODY can see the blatantly obvious Galvatron/Rodimus Prime…….but I suppose in reality the cartoon barely ever had them interact! XD But the episodes that they do interact in have some serious intensity sometimes (“The Ultimate Weapon”, for example). Season 3 was all over the place in plotlines—which probably explains the method of selling toys in these old cartoons. Even so, season 3 is my fave. :)
