This Place is Dead by Ranpan (Inactive)

After FA's recent policy update I decided to create an account here. However, I feel I made a mistake because this place is a ghost town. I've been here for two months, uploaded over 40 submissions, and I've only received 4 favorites and 212 views on my page. I'm not trying to sound ungrateful. But the fact I'm seeing zero traction on this website, nobody's commenting on anything, and the couple interactions I've had on here are from artists active on FA.

The community here is non-existent. All I'm doing is dumping my pics on here before logging out, and when I log back in to see I've not gotten any comments, shouts, or favorites. It seems the staff are absent because someone sent a support email twice and never received a response back.

It feels impossible to create an alternative to FA. I just have to ask what is the point of Weasyl? I might delete my account. It just seems pointless to remain on a dead platform, and all I'm doing is wasting my time.

    We got 638.5k vs 23100k = 2.7% activity compared to FA

    And many might be posting through postybirb.

    The activity boon after FA dropped the bomb is also dropping

    But due to many moving from FA, they are also pushing eachother off the frontpage.

    The main theme of your gallery have only 1.4% the amount posted here compared to FA (1010 / 71278)

    Compare it to the bigger catagory "female" on FA (71278/2856141) = 2.5%

    Scale that down to Weasyl:
    1.4% * 2.5% * ppl on weasyl
    (1010/71278)(71278/ 2856141) 638500 =~ 226 users

    (realize that I have got lost in math for a few hours, without any good conclusion)
