Hey everyone, I just wanted to give a little extra update blurb about MHO overall, especially since I'm planning to wrap up episode 4 with the next chapter. I have a whole rough outline for the coming chapters, for up to part/episode 12 so far (roughly), with a few general ideas for short adventures or snippets that may either be inserted into some of those or be added between or after them. I've been debating shuffling a couple around for various reasons, but haven't made up my mind yet. To give the vaguest of hints/teasers for what is to come, here's a list of (tentative) episode names, along with the estimated number of chapters and amount of time in-story that will pass during them:

Part 5 (3-5 chapters, 2-3 days): The Cult of the Crimson Isles
Part 6 (3-5 chapters, 2-3 days): Terrifying Tribulations
Part 7 (1 chapter aside): Hope Revived
Part 8 (3-7 chapters, ~3 days): Deep Dark Wonders
Part 9 (1-2 chapters, 1 day): Shifting Sands of Madness
Part 10 (6-12 chapters, 5-7 days): The Trials of Devashan
Part 11 (~4 chapters, ~4 days): The Wound Awakens
Part 12 (1-3 chapters, 1-2 days): Hello, You Fool

As you can see, there's still quite a long journey ahead, and I haven't even gotten to the end in my outline yet! And those chapter lengths are tentative- you know how things sometimes get away from me. That said, I'm debating about moving some parts around. 

Part 10 is long and should hopefully be a lot of fun, but I worry I'm dragging certain things out too much. (cough If you know a certain song obsession I had a couple months ago, the title for part 12 is probably a biiiiig hint for a certain big event :P cough) That said, it does include some important personal discovery and introspection bits for both characters that'd help build towards other later episodes. I could move those bits to earlier episodes, but it might be tricky and not fit as well. 

And then there's part 8, which I could very easily move to past that point since it doesn't especially have any need to be that early- the main reason it is where it is in the timeline is to mix up the landscapes the boys will be traveling in. 

And part 6, as the name might suggest, would arguably be perfect for around Halloween time, but obviously that's a couple months away, and I don't plan to take that long with part 5. So I could shift it back some and just pick a few important tidbits out to slide into whatever gets put in front of it. And I could see ways to slide it back quite a bit, even. I'm super excited to get to it though, so I don't know how much longer I can hold off. 

And like I said, I have a bunch of ideas that on their own aren't quite enough for a full episode yet, but could easily make whole chapters on their own. So yeah, I've got some contemplating to do. But in the meantime, I've got one last little adventure for part 4 planned for the next chapter, and then part 5 is pretty solidly set in stone and ready to go in terms of planning.
