No, Valentines Day had nothing to do with my mood swings, this time anyway. But by the end of the 14^th of February my moods tanked, and the bottle of rum came out after a full meal. It helped mellow them out, but the source? Wasn’t lovesick for someone or needing someone. Was more on my failing control of my damned Diabetes (type 1). missing days of work over it, eating sick days )(and then vacation) days like going out of style. Why im pissed I guess. End of March is when I see my diabetic specialist for first time to end this BS. Feh.
