Quick Little Update by LordDominic

Just a quick update, mostly to bump the previous two-month-old sadposting journal off my main pages...

🦝First of all, I finally decided to store everything I had posted on DeviantArt, and I'm considering deactivating my page there outright. I know this breaks some of my "secret links" in descriptions where I link back to old stuff in my galleries, though.
Eclipse is a dumpster fire, the site's functionality kept getting worse every couple months when I went back to see how it was doing in case I wanted to start using it again, and now they're getting way too into NFT and AI synthesized images for me to even want my artwork available there for AI bots to scrape for data for their algorithms, or for DeviantArt to profit from in any other way.
"NFT" stands for "No Fucking Thanks".
[F]s in the chat for DeviantArt, 2001(?, who cares)-2020.

🦡Second, it took a lot of effort, but I finally got caught up on replying to comments and messages after I went radio silent for a while over the summer--just know that even if I don't reply to your comments right away, or for some reason I don't reply (like my habit of using repetitive titles for art so I delete one set of messages thinking they related to another drawing), I do still check in every day or two and read my comments and notes, and I will do my best to respond when I have the time, motivation, and mental energy to give the responses you deserve.

(Also I don't know if "thanks for following/thanks for the fave" comments are considered spammy on FA/Weasyl like they were on DA but I don't bother thanking people for that since a lot of folks have "don't thank me" on their profiles, but I do appreciate seeing number go up! You do not go unnoticed!)

🦨And third, I finally got my backlog of finished art queued up with Postybirb, and cyber gods willing, I should have one post per day from now until December 8th.
(Expect plenty of portraits since I have fun drawing those, definitely a "comfort subject", and I've definitely needed to do "comfort art" a lot recently...)
