OPENING OF XP SEASON

As we continue with the off-season, it is time for the teams and players to spend what they have earned through the year in XP.

To see what XP a player has earned check at the link below, and search for your player.

Calculations for available GP earned by players are also available in a tab on the page.

Please note, if in looking up your player you see a negative balance, that means due to player age they are in XP Debt and will need to contact the commissioners about where to take back points.

All spending must be completed by Tuesday October 18th. Any player who has not submitted a spending will have their points spent by the players GM or by a Commissioners default ruleset.

RETENSION, DRAFTING, AND START OF SEASON

Once the XP Season has ended, the Commissionser will take some time to calculate the Career Growth Point Cap for the year, and then we will enter the Retention Season. During the Retention season, teams will determine which players will be kept for the next season based on player or Growth Point Caps, and which who will not and will be released to Season 11 Draft. Retention is expected to run for a week and will occur early November.

Once Retention has been completed, the remaining players will be sent to join any new rookies to the Season 11 Draft, and over a period of a Week and 6 expected rounds, teams will select players to join their team for the season. The Draft will be completed expected late November.

With the Draft complete, the Season should soon begin, and we are expecting start of season at this time in Late November/Early December.

SAN ANTONIO MOVES NORTH

As the Off-Season continued, there has been an announcement made for the Movement and rebranding of a team. The San Antonio Savages have decided that they will be moving the team north to Minnesota, and will be becoming the Minneapolis Monarchs. More information on this will be given when available. At this time though there is no expected changes to divisional structure for Season 11.

GM OPENING

As was reported, at the end of the Season, Skyler, the GM of the Newfoundland Beothuks has stepped down, and currently the league does not have a prospective replacement in the wings. If anyone is interested in joining the league and running a team, please contact the commissioners through an FHL note, or speak to use on the Discord or telegram.
