COVID-19 Related Shipping Reimbursement by FurryDakimakura

It has come to our attention that a number of customers have experienced unacceptably long delays during the past three months due to a combination of COVID-19 related delays, the Chinese New Year, and domestic staffing issues.


While we will always work hard to deliver product as soon as possible, we will understandably fall short, and rather than simply apologize and promise to do better we are going to offer free 100% refunds on all shipping costs, domestic and foreign, if your product takes more than 8 weeks between point of order and point of shipment, we will refund the cost. This applies to all orders placed on December 1st, 2021 going forward. Please note this does NOT apply to shipping time once it leaves our warehouse, as that is beyond our control - only the time between when you placed the order and when you received your shipping confirmation.


If you have an affected order, please e-mail management@fdaki.com with your order number and we will offer you a full refund, no questions asked, due to the shipping delay.
