Just wanted to say I'm feeling more level now that I've had some time to process things. It was a rough couple days of panic, and a lot of tears, but I'm getting through and focusing on what comes next.

Thank you all for the kind words and condolences on my last journal, they really, really helped. I don't quite know how to put into words why it felt so powerful to see people talk about and care about my cat, but it did. I'm grateful for it. And thank you for those that reached out to me personally to check on me, too. That was incredibly kind.
