During the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, it has proven increasingly difficult for us to stock and keep inventory of our items. While we have always had a certain degree of backorders and special orders, that has increasingly become the norm, and rather than continuing to struggle to maintain expectations, we are now going to fully transition to print-on-demand for most of our items.

The vast majority of our customers, who have already had to wait 4-8 weeks for their product to arrive, will observe no change in service. Additionally, we will always have in-present stock at conventions, and any leftover stock will be made available for immediate purchase once the convention is over. We will also try to stock what we can when we can, and certain items, such as mousepads and face masks, will be stocked when possible due to the fact they can only be purchased in bulk.

We hope that this will enable us to provide better, more reliably service as much as possible, and will continue to announce what is in stock once a month when our monthly print runs arrive.
