FHL News: XP Season Results, Retention

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

XP Season Results

With the deadline for XP Season Submissions now passed, all players have had their experience points spent. Per policy, any player or agent who did not submit their XP spending to the league for their skater have had their XP spent based on GM Guidance. If there was no GM guidance, the XP was spent by the Commissioners based on established policy guidelines. The Commissioners allocated XP towards growth points and added them to a skater's best stats in a Pyramid Pattern (i.e. 6 points are spent 3-2-1).

Results of all XP Spending are available here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1EVww8TTYR1vwWniVCOIXsyDCidr5o4dg7YpaXnQVTHk/edit#gid=0

If there are any questions or concerns about how XP has been spent, please contact the Commissioners by note, DM, or through the Telegram or Discord group.

Retention

With the XP Season completed, the Commission has begun the process of setting up for Off-Season Player Retention . According to policy established over the last several seasons , teams will have the ability to retain either:

Up to 4 Players of an unlimited number of Career Growth Points

Or

As many players as they wish that does not exceed a total Career Growth Point Limit that will be determined in the coming days.

For newer agents and players, Career Growth Points equals the total number of Growth Points a player has acquired plus three times any perks purchased other than Weasley . The Goalie Perk is equivalent to two perks in that equation.

Players that are not retained will be released into the Season 10 Draft Pool.

The Player Retention Limits and Deadline will be announced in an upcoming release.
