Terms of Service:

Please read

|Please Note|

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.
  
• I have a career outside of art/chain mail. This means that time is valuable to me.
  
• I specialize in anthro art/design and chain mail jewelry. If a client is interested in a particular style/design, please specify what kind and supply reference images (if possible) with inquiries.
  
• Clients should make inquiries as specific as possible.
  
• You must be civil with me, I will not accept your commission if you are rude.

My reason for commissions is to help pay for college, maintain necessities, rent, bills and what not. Donations are welcome but not required, though gratefully appreciated.

|Contact|

• I’m open for commissions most of the time though I close periodically to deal with things going on in my life.
  
• I DO NOT accept commissions through notes, messengers or shouts and will differ you to my email.
  
• All contact will be through EMAIL before and after filling out the commission information or attaining a slot.

|Client Responsibility|

• It is your responsibility to make sure you have the consent or provide proof of consent to use another person’s character.
  
• You are responsible for your own actions.
  
• It is your responsibility as the client to give me the info yourself. If you are buying a gift for someone else, I will not chase after you.
  
• You are responsible for your own friend circles. I will not tolerate drama concerning this and may refuse to work with you in the future.

• Clients should make inquiries as specific as possible, if you fail to provide any info it is not my fault and I will take the liberty to do with as I see fit.
  
• I will not take the time to track down the information for your character and if there are any updates to them I need to know asap.

|Payment|

• All commission payments should be made in CAD (Canadian Dollars) only.
  
• I accept payments only through paypal and e-Transfers.
  
• I layer my payments for art should you decide to walk part way or under worse circumstances I am unable to finish a piece, but I will also accept a full upfront payment.
  
• Set prices are all base prices and subject to change depending on complexity.
  
• Prices are subject to change as time goes on and skills develop (I will not alter a commission that has already been locked in if there is a change)
  
• Gratuities are appreciated, but not expected.
  -If you don’t like the prices, instead of complaining about it, either don’t buy it or I may be willing to negotiate. All in all, please be polite.

|Procedures|

Commission procedure is as follows for Art:

1.) First Payment - 1/2 payment is made before any further progress will be made.

2.) Primary Sketch – I will draw out the commissioned artwork according to the description and send/show it to you for any corrections. I am willing to do 3 sets of minor alterations before I begin charging for additional alterations. Also any alteration that requires a complete redraw, or major overhaul to the piece will incur a fee (which will be determined based on the complexity of the sketch and the nature of the alteration).

3.) The “Go Ahead” - Second half of payment is received and you are content with the Line-work. I proceed with finishing the commission.

4.) Preview of Finished – Once finished I will send you a preview (large watermark) to which fine tuning can be made and the picture is checked over for satisfaction.

5.) I will upload a low resolution version of the picture to my galleries (unless otherwise specified), and send you a copy of the high and low res (small watermark).

Commission procedure is as follows for Chain mail:

1.) Information - Shipping address, weave type, etc.

Optional: Quote - Takes a few extra days but I can find out shipping costs

2.) Full Payment - Payment + Shipping is made before any progress will be made.

Optional: Sample/Test - I will sometimes be willing to make up a sample of the weave in the

chosen colors if you wish to see the color combination, If I don’t know a weave and you can provide

a picture, I will be willing to learn it just for you!

3.) The “Go Ahead” - Payments have gone through and I work on the product until finished.

4.) Shipping - Once completed I will inform you and ship it to the given address.

5.) I will upload a picture of the piece to my galleries.

|Extras|

• Additional fees may be required if you wish to have more than three changes and/or after the sketch approval stage.
  
• Additional fees may be required if you want to have extra options, such as backgrounds, internals, characters, deadlines, etc.

|Sketches|

• The sketching process usually start within the first week after payment is received
  
• I am willing to do 3 sets of alterations before I begin charging for additional alterations. Also any alteration that requires a complete redraw, or major overhaul to the piece will incur a fee (which will be determined based on the complexity of the sketch and the nature of the alteration).
  
• If you require more changes there will be a fee that applies and the fee vary will depending on what needs changed.

|Backgrounds|

• Simple backgrounds may vary.
  
• If you have paid for a background you will receive the background sketch with the character sketch; however, you are most welcome to ask for the background as a separate sketch.
  
• All of the detailed backgrounds are digitally hand-drawn - they ARE NOT photo-manipulated pieces.

|Deadline Fee|

• There is a deadline fee for those who have a specific date they need the art done by.
  
• The fee is 20% of the total commission price (Excluding discounts)
  
• By paying this fee you are guaranteed the artwork will be done BEFORE this date (with enough time to get edits to the picture done if need be)
  
• If your fee is canceled by an additional discount, Your deadline date will still remain (See: Discounts)

|Time Frame|

• I usually take 1-8 weeks from when I receive payment and info. I will keep you updated and inform you if i think i will go over the period of time given.

|Shipping|

The commissioner is responsible for the shipping/handling fee which can change depending on

the destination. I charge a flat rate of $10 but if you would prefer i can obtain a quote for a more

accurate shipping cost. This process can take a couple extra days.

|Refund|

• If you have been given a refund, you will be returned 100% of the money you paid if there was no sketch involved.
  
• If you are being given a refund after sketch work has been done, you will get 70% refund back.
  
• If you are being given a refund after line work has been done, you will get 50% refund back.
  
• If you are being given a refund after flat color work has been done, you will get 30% refund back.
  
• If you ask for a refund after the shading stage, you will not receive any refund as I would have finished your commission. Please note you are paying me for the work I produce x the hours it takes me to finish your commission - if the commission is finished you have paid me for what you wished for.

|Customer Appreciation|

One Discount Per Commission Slot Applicable

(discount applied to total cost, not individual items)

-Returning Customer: Get A 10% Discount on commissions over $20

-Valued Customer:

-For every $250 you spend you get a free $50 voucher for your next commission, one time cash in, no splitting up.

-Cant be used with the commission taking you over the $250

-The $250 does not need to be all in one purchase

-Experimental Commissions: Varies depending if I have any idea what I’m doing.

-Sketch Streams: 15% - 20% off

|Copyright|

• I retain copyright to the artwork and digital file. All characters are used with expressed permission from their owners who retain copyright to their designs.
  
• I retain all advertisement and printing rights; however, commissioners may print the artwork for their own personal use. Commissioners may submit the digital file to their own personal art galleries provided that the watermark is left intact; however, I reserve the right to rescind this privileged from any gallery at any time.

Feel free to ask), Copyrighted Material I Don’t Have Permission To Use, Digestion, Extreme Violence, Farting, Gaping, Hardcore Fetishes (Ask if unsure), Hardcore Porn (Over the top), Hateful Or Offensive Material, Hybrids With Too Many Random Parts, Living Insertions, Necrophilia, Nipple Penetration, Queefing, Racism, Realistic Vore, Scat, Soiling, Unbirthing, Vaginal Fisting, Vomiting.

I do not prefer to draw humans, space related things, or cars and I do not have allot of practice

drawing those of the avian (ex: birds) or marine (ex: whales) type, but am willing to draw them if

requested. Take note that if selected, they may not turn out as good as what I am familiar with drawing

but I will draw it to the best of my ability.
