I've been muddling around the idea for a few month now, and I'm still deciding on the price raise. It will definitally be a significant price raise when I do figure out what I'm going to settle on. This increase will effect not only my Main commissions, but also some of my YCHs as well.

I will also be removing "Halfbody" from all of my commission options except for Chibi, as those are the only Coms people order halfbodies of. They make for really good emotes, after all. Might one day make up a Page for Emotes in YCH section.

A lot of financial crisis happened this year for me, and we here at home only just barely managed to handle it. I personally ended up having a rather hard time trying to contribute to everything that happened this year between the car completely breaking, the extra large vet bill for Remo, needing to replace things in the house that are absolutely demolished... our household ended up in a tight spot on money.

I'm heavily in charge of caring for the animals financial needs, so I'm getting relatively worried about affording Remo's care since he's starting to get pretty darn old. When He had that extremely large vet bill in the middle of the year, I broke down crying beause I didn't know how I was going to be able to affoard it with my income. If I didn't get help with it when I did, I would have been so lost and with a Commission Queue longer than a CVS reciept most likely. I can't imagine how to handle it if Remo or my Cats were to get sick like that again.

I knew that $30/hour for art only made me enough to cover basic necessities of petfood, litter, snacks, and a once or twice a year small vet visit, and a few parts of bills I need to contribute to. Especially with how little time i can draw due to medical reasons. I think it's time for me to raise the prices soon. I just can't keep them at what they are now and still think I'll be okay the next time an emergency happens.
